Ever since he was a kid, Rohan has been carefully observing his father and grandfather putting in the hard yards no matter how trivial the task at hand. This has been instrumental in shaping his personality and is the reason why Rohan always channelizes his energy into ‘pushing the boulder uphill’ without worrying about what lies ahead.

Hardwork and humility have been Rohan’s key guiding forces throughout his educational and entrepreneurial journey. With an unabated passion for spreading love, light, and joy in the lives of others, Rohan has been the flagbearer of several revolutionary initiatives for social change. Even with his entrepreneurial projects, Rohan’s ultimate goal is to meet the aspirations of people and bring happiness into their lives.

Post his graduation, Rohan decided to gain some experience working as a normal employee instead of joining his family business. So, without disclosing his identity, he worked at a small factory for a few months. This helped him understand the day to day struggles and living conditions of people at the grassroots level.

After returning to India from the US, Rohan could have easily started a new business in Solapur or any metro city. However, he decided to put his skills to good use and formed the Multistate Trust to work for the betterment of the rural community.
